Headline Entertainment Booking Services
Booking nationally recognized entertainers requires experience, industry relationships, and careful contract administration. Epic Entertainment specializes in arranging headline entertainment for private and client-sponsored events throughout the United States and internationally.
Our role is to help clients identify the right entertainer for their event, obtain availability, negotiate engagement terms, prepare booking agreements, administer payments, communicate artist requirements, and coordinate the booking process from initial inquiry through the performance.
We serve as your single point of contact throughout the engagement, coordinating communications between you and the artist’s representatives so that every contractual and logistical detail is handled accurately and efficiently.
Once an artist has been selected, Epic Entertainment administers the booking process by negotiating the engagement agreement, coordinating payment schedules, communicating the artist’s technical and hospitality requirements, and relaying those requirements to the client’s designated venue personnel, production provider, or other service providers responsible for executing the event.
Our role is to facilitate the booking process and communicate the artist’s requirements so that the client and its selected production team have the information needed to prepare for the performance.
With more than 25 years of experience working with major artist representation firms throughout the entertainment industry, we have developed relationships and expertise that provide access to nationally recognized performers across virtually every entertainment category.
Negotiating headline entertainment involves considerably more than simply discussing performance fees. Artist agreements frequently include travel arrangements, hospitality requirements, technical riders, scheduling considerations, and numerous contractual details. Our experience helps clients navigate these requirements while avoiding costly misunderstandings throughout the booking process.
